Real-time commenting

Sometime’s the idea of being social on social media scares the shit out of companies and leadership. However, if done properly can lean to increased relevancy amongst your customer base and even open doors to wider opportunities and collaboration. During my time at Motorola, I joined when the social team was still in it’s infancy stage. It was the height of the newstalgia era trend with Gen-Z and brands were starting to leverage the old razr as a nostalgic prop. This was our time to join the conversation!
